What do you think?

Repeat/ Delete #3

This idea came to me way back my freshman year of high school. I used to have this big crush on a girl until i found out she had a twin brother that looked just like her. It kinda freaked me out because all i could think about is if i made out with her it be like making out with her brother.

Star Wars: Return of the Jedi

In this post 9/11 world, in this post Katrina world, we live in a very pessimistic and cynical place. Trust in our government is crumbling. Our Economy is drowning. Families have grown desperate and hopeless in a search for some kind of relief from their hard times. Parents are crying out in agony, “You can’t raise gas prices; I got kids to feed, Jack! I got Bills to pay Jack! I got a family to raise, Jack!”
It just doesn’t seem fair when regular, honest, hard-working people have to work long tiring hours all through the day just to narrowly escape the shadow of the cold ominous storm cloud that is the electric company and there ever-increasing energy bills.
It just doesn’t seem fair when the social pressure for women to be thin from magazine ads, television shows, and movies, full of beautiful, successful women who are very thin cause young women to become bulimic. We live in a cut-throat world of narcissists and thieves and if you can’t keep up with the herd then you will be trampled by the stampede of greed and ostentation.
Luckily, no matter how morbid life can be, like a diamond hidden under a pile of soggy gutter leaves, Return of the Jedi will always remain a blinding beacon of inspiring
optimism even in the worst of times.
Anakin Skywalker: “Luke, help me take this mask off.”
Luke Skywalker: “But you’ll die.”
Anakin Skywalker: “Nothing can stop that now. Just for once, let me look on you with my own eyes.”
(Luke disconnects and removes Anakin’s mask.)
Anakin Skywalker: “Now, go my son. Leave me.”
Luke Skywalker: “I won’t leave you here; I’ve got to save you!”
Anakin Skywalker: “You already have, Luke. You were right, you were right about me. Tell your sister you were right…”
There, deep within the Death Star, as Darth Vader saves his son, Luke, from being tortured to death by Emperor Sidiuos, I felt my life change forever. Darth Vader becomes Anakin Skywalker once again and commits the ultimate sacrifice for his son. No longer consumed with feelings of hatred and anger, he finally returns to the ways of the Jedi and fulfills the twenty five thousand year old prophecy, that he would bring balance once again to the force.
